The Council having listened to the views of the residents concluded that the information contained on the drawings provided was inadequate. In particular there were no dimensions positioning the buildings nor was the building height shown. The Clerk was instructed to point this out on his reply. It was noted that a number of the local residents were producing detailed objections and the Clerk was asked to ensure that these are taken in to account. |

6.1 Village Hall. Cllr Bagworth to report at the next meeting |

6.2 Neighbourhood Watch. It was agreed that a joint meeting of Councillors and Coordinators be held in the New Year. John Neal and the Clerk to organise. |

6.3 Quality Councils. The Clerk set out the criteria for Quality Councils. It was agreed that it was not appropriate for Maxey at this stage. |

6.4 Neighbourhood Councils. The Clerk and Chair to attend the next meeting on 3 December 2009. |
